Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add your desired toppings, including pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, and red onion.
- Sprinkle oregano and garlic powder over the toppings.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
